Availability

Berry Young's shipping policy is to send out all products we have in stock for each order. For any items that are currently out of stock, we then order from the respective suppliers. To receive these back-ordered items takes approximately 30 to 60 business days, at which point we ship the outstanding products. Berry Young reserves the right to refund any orders that are currently not available even though the website indicates that there are available stocks.

Shipping & Handling

Orders received before 2:00pm (PST) weekdays, will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (PST) or on weekends will be shipped the second business day.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to Canada and U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully.


1. Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date the customer received the order.
  • Refunds are only issued if the returned item meets the following conditions:

- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

- If the item was lost in transit and cannot be replaced.

  • All returned items must be inspected and approved by our team before a refund is issued.
  • Refunds do not include any promotional discounts or gift cards unless otherwise specified.

2. Shipping Fee Conditions

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item) or lost in transit.
  • If eligible, shipping refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs for reasons other than our error are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Free shipping promotions may affect refundable amounts: if free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost we covered may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error and approved after inspection.

3. Timeframe for Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to “My Orders” and select the specific order you would like to refund.
  3. Click the “Return Item” button.
  4. Answer the short set of questions to complete your return request.
  5. After the request is created, our representative will contact you to confirm details and may ask for additional information such as photos of the damage or defect.
  6. Our representative will provide instructions and a return shipping label to send the product back.
  7. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
