Q. My hands look stained after using the shampoo.
A. Hair and nails are both made of keratin, so temporary staining on your fingernails may occur during use.
Simply wash your hands and nails thoroughly after shampooing.
Q. The shampoo doesn't come out because the nozzle seems clogged.
A. If the shampoo has been stored without use after opening, a small amount of product may dry and remain around the nozzle.
Before your next use, simply wipe the nozzle clean with your fingers and dispense as usual.
Q. The shampoo doesn't lather well.
A. For the best lather, dispense about the size of a 500 KRW coin (approximately a large coin) into your palm before applying.
Using too little product, using an expired product, or washing with very little water may reduce lather and cause the shampoo to spread like a cream instead of foaming.
Q. It sounds like the shampoo is solid or stuck inside when I shake the bottle.
A. This is completely normal.
MODA MODA Zero Gray Black Shampoo 10 uses a dual-container design to help protect the formula from air and light.
The shampoo is stored inside an inner aluminum pouch, which is placed inside the outer black bottle. When shaken, the pouch may make a knocking sound as it contacts the bottle.
Please avoid excessive shaking, as it may damage the inner pouch.
